August and September 2008
We've had a busy two months. Eva turned one in August (but that has its own page of pictures). Andrew
and I celebrated our seven year anniversary on August 4th. We headed to Galveston (luckily we got that taken
care of before the hurricane) and spent 3 days there and enjoyed the beach and a terrific day at Schlitterbahn.
We had Hurricane Ike and Micah's birthday in September. We spent 4 days in Dallas at my grandma's apartment waiting
for the power to come back on at home. We had a delightful outing with Aunt Theresa and Uncle Michael to the airport
where Michael works. The boys had a fantastic time going in the airplanes and driving the golf cart. Micah turned three
on September 26th. For his birthday we drove up to the George Bush airport and watched the airplanes taking off and
landing, then we went home for cake and ice cream. He got the GeoTrax airport so it all went well together. We are
having the boys' big birthday party together in October.
