Aside from that greatness, we've had some very interesting times in the past few months. For instance, Caleb stuck a bead up his nose at
Mother's Day Out last week. I had to go pick him up and take him to the doctor. They got it out quickly and easily, they used a small spoon, which
is good. Caleb was freaking out because he thought they were going to use tweezers. He was petrified at the idea of tweezers, but the spoon
is apparently much less scary.
Another day I was at the park with all three kids. Eva starts screaming because she's hungry. I'm trying to breastfeed a two month old in the
middle of this park when Caleb starts throwing up. I have no carrier or anything to set Eva down in so that I can comfort a vomitting four year old,
so I run to the car to get something for her. I get Caleb calmed down, manage to feed the baby, and am trying to get them into the car, when
Micah falls down and gets bitten a couple of times by a fire ant (if there's a fire ant within a mile of Micah, it will find a way to bite his hand).
So, he's howling like a maniac in the car, which makes Eva also start screaming. I finally carry Caleb across the playground and get him into the
car. I call Andrew and tell him I'm not cooking dinner . . . Chick-fil-A is my best friend.
I know that's what I get for having three kids in a 4 year span, its very tough, I'm not gonna lie to you, but its great.

Well, its midnight and Eva wants me to hold her so I'll have to add more later.

Today something similar happened. Andrew was at the store buying a new phone for our house. He called me up and said that he had found
one that matched our other phones, but that it came with two phones. I asked him what we would do with four phones in this house, but he
couldn't find a better deal, so he bought the two of them. About two hours later before Andrew even arrived home with the new phones, I
managed to get one of the old ones run over by the garbage truck. I guess we'll be using that fouth phone (which is now only the third phone)
after all.

James 1:17
I am working on realizing that the little good things that happen to us are not just coincidences or ironies, it's God's little blessings. We
should acknowledge them and thank Him for being gracious and loving toward His children.

We got home on Saturday from a week at summer camp. We were part of the adult program staff for the 5th and 6th graders
at Camp Allen in Navasota. Let me tell you, my boys were not lacking any attention with sixty 5th and 6th graders and 22
high school and college kids. They spent the week in the sun, sand, swimming pools, rain, and dirt. Caleb thought we
had moved again and thought that it would be a good idea for the four of us to continue sharing one small room with two
sets of bunk beds. I disagreed. Hopefully we'll get pictures up soon. They're all on Andrew's new laptop.

Andrew and I are each reading really good books right now. He just finished Wild at Heart by John Eldredge and I am
reading Captivating by John and Stasi Eldredge. I am learning about how God made
woman beautiful and about His purpose for women. I believe the World has confused and distorted woman's purpose for this
Life. It's been refreshing to read about how God thinks of me and to not have to live by the World's standards. Well, I
just got completely distracted by Caleb. I also just got called a "Mean Mommy." It's time to go. I hope you have a great
day!
So, I've got three kids now! WOW! Life is crazy, but its great. I've been thinking about it and I realized that I am so blessed with my life right now. I'm
not trying to make things up or pretend that things are perfect . . . they are far from it, but I am very thankful for everything I have. My kids are
beautiful and healthy (snotty noses are still considered healthy), my husband lets me know me he loves me every day. He has a job that doesn't
keep him cooped up in an office and. . . I get to stay at home. Our house is beautiful and our dog doesn't crap
in the house anymore. I've been thinking about it and I'm realizing that this is the happiest I've ever been. Not just because of
my life right now, but because the Lord is healing me and bringing me into a greater understanding of Himself. I'm experiencing a freedom
in worship and in prayer and He's speaking to me in ways I never thought possible. It's all very exciting.
I decided to add a little update to fill you all in our lives. Eva is 7 weeks old today. She is such a beautiful baby.
She is really good, too. The only problem is that she will only sleep in the car, her swing, or our rocking
chair (see picture). She’s starting to outgrow the chair, so she’s going to have to accept her crib soon. She refuses to take a pacifier, it mostly
gags her. She has this super sensitive gag reflex; you can look at her the wrong way and she gags and throws up all over you.
Today is Micah's second birthday! He learned how to open his bedroom door this week, which has been awful. He’s really the cutest thing,
though, because he talks all the time. I am really enjoying him right now, except when he’s getting out of his room when he’s supposed to be
asleep. His little personality is just blooming: Caleb outgrew his cowboy boots so we passed them down to Micah; he slept in them that night!
Last week he tried to pick up a dead bee that was on the living room floor, except the bee wasn’t actually dead and stung his finger.
Caleb is still such a sweet big brother. He loves to tuck Micah in at night and to pray over him before he goes to sleep. He’s really developing a
sense of humor. The other day he asked me for some orange juice. I told him no so he asked for some black juice. It cracked me up. His best
friend, Joseph, lives across the street now. They are always together, either at our house or theirs. They enjoy playing superheroes or a game
they call Batman and Baby. One time, though, they got laundry baskets involved and it was called Batman and Turtle (apparently laundry baskets
make very good turtle shells).
When Andrew and I lived in Bryan we signed a lease to a very cute, three bedroom house. The price was right, but we kept saying, "I don't know
what we'll do with a three bedroom house. Two days later we found out we were pregnant with Caleb. That third room was very full.
I was just reading back on that entry from June and Caleb is still not potty trained. I just wanted the truth to be known. That day was a total fluke. He turns
three this weekend. We'll see how it goes . . .

So, I got my nose pierced. Click here to see pictures.
It's only 2:00 in the afternoon and we've already had a very exciting day! Micah learned to clap! And Caleb pooped in the
potty for the first time! I asked if he wanted to wear his diaper or underwear. He chose the underwear and refuses to
put on a diaper or pull-up. I guess that's a good thing, exept I only bought 6 pairs of underwear. We've already gone
through 3 today.
Here are some Calebisms:
Micah turned 6 months old yesterday! Yea! This week he finally started rolling over consistently. He's only going from
tummy to back, but the other will come with time. Caleb rolled over really late, too. Our boys are just laid back. I
am really excited that we got our pond almost done this weekend. Andrew did a really good job making the filter and pump
stuff, all we need now is fish. You should check out the pictures. Before his nap today, I read Caleb's "Five Monkeys Jumping
on the Bed" book to him. I think it put the idea into his head about jumping instead of making him not jump. After I left
the room, it took him about 30 seconds to bash his forehead on the head board. He will learn . . .

Ok, I am trying something new. How about a blog-type section of our website? Here we can jot our random ideas and let you
know what is going on with us. What do you think? I think I like it! Now, I just have to come up with something I want
to tell you all. I'll have to think about that.
